Ford Barra Motor Accessory Relocation Kit - 24V

After extensive development and rigorous testing, we are proud to announce that our new alternator kits are now available.

These kits integrate a 24-volt alternator into your system while preserving critical performance and reliability features. Designed with versatility in mind, they are available in three configurations to suit a wide range of applications.

For Existing Barra Installations

If your vehicle is already equipped with a running Barra engine, your power steering pump and related components will likely already be relocated and optimally mounted. For this setup, we offer a bracket-and-idler-only option, eliminating unnecessary components while ensuring a perfect fit.

For New Barra Conversions

For customers planning a Barra engine conversion, we have partnered with Castlemaine Rod Shop to include their precision-engineered power steering relocation kit. Our complete package also allows you to choose whether to retain or remove the AC pump, depending on your specific requirements.

All kits are engineered to be turbo-friendly, though certain large, high-mounted turbos may require additional clearance considerations.

Kit Options

Kit 1 – Full Kit with AC Delete

• 12V and 24V alternator brackets, CNC-machined from 6061 billet alloy and anodised in our signature charcoal grey

• 2 × idler pulleys

• 1 × BXU2456-style 24V alternator

• 1 × 6V alternator pulley (pre-installed)

• 1 × CRS power steering relocation kit

• 1 × 6PK drive belt

• 1 × Dayco AC delete kit

• All required hardware and fixings

Kit 2 – Full Kit without AC Delete

• 12V and 24V alternator brackets, CNC-machined from 6061 billet alloy and anodised in our signature charcoal grey

• 1 × BXU2456-style 24V alternator

• 1 × 6V alternator pulley (pre-installed)

• 1 × CRS power steering relocation kit

Optional Spare Belt:
Although our testing over 7,500 km has shown zero signs of belt wear, the supplied belt is an uncommon size and may be difficult to source in remote locations. For peace of mind, we offer a spare belt option.

If you select YES PLEASE for a spare belt when purchasing KIT 3, you will be supplied with 1 belt ONLY as this kit does not have 1 as part of the kit.
