Busbar Kit Iskra Mahle Motor

The Highmount Guy Busbar Kit is designed to suit Iskra Mahle 1.6kW motors fitted with an Albright DC88 solenoid, providing a clean, reliable, and easy-to-install wiring solution.

Each busbar is precision waterjet cut from 6mm aluminium, then folded with a built-in twist to ensure there is no excess stress or load placed on the motor or solenoid terminals. The busbars are then coated with an insulating rubber finish for added protection and durability.

To simplify installation, the kit includes a stainless steel solenoid mounting bracket that secures with the supplied hose clamp—eliminating the need for any welding, cutting, or fabrication.

Available with or without insulating end covers (see product photos for options).

Kit Includes:

• 3 × 6mm aluminium busbars
• 1 × Stainless steel solenoid mounting bracket
• 1 × Stainless steel hose clamp
• 3 × UNF jam nuts (to replace the factory motor nuts)
• 6 × Rubber insulating boots (if selected)

Please Note: Solenoid, motor, and winch housing are not included.
