When it comes to competition or hard-use winching, the stock brake system can’t always keep up. That’s why we developed our own branded heavy-duty brake rebuild kit, purpose-built for Warn 8274, 8074, and Gigglepin GP84, GP25, GP50, GP100 winches.

This kit isn’t just a replacement—it’s an upgrade. Every component is designed to improve durability and overall stopping power, giving you confidence under the heaviest loads.

Kit Includes:

• 2 × Heavy-duty brake pads – twice the size of factory Warn pads for superior stopping power

• 1 × Heavy-duty return spring – keeps your brakes sharp under repeated use

• 1 × Nitride-coated spring collar – maximum wear resistance

• 21 × Stainless steel balls – smooth, long-lasting operation

• 2 × Circlips – one for old-style straight brakeshaft, one for later stepped shafts

• 1 × Main housing oil seal – protects against water and dirt ingress

• 1 × Brakeshaft O-ring – prevents leaks and maintains smooth rotation

• 3 × Brake plate shims – fine-tune your brake performance on stepped brakeshafts

• 2 × Keyway keys – precise fit for reliable operation
