Warn 8274 Freespool Lever / Clutch Rebuild Kit

If you've ever struggled with a sticky, seized, or loose freespool lever on your Warn 8274, this kit is the solution.

The factory freespool/clutch lever is well known for corroding and seizing when left unused for extended periods. Over time, worn internal components can also cause the lever to feel loose or unintentionally move into the freespool position.

Our rebuild kit replaces the key wear components, restoring smooth operation while improving lever retention.

The included heavy-duty spring has been specially manufactured to provide 1.75 times the tension of the factory spring, helping to prevent the lever from accidentally slipping into the FREE position under heavy loads. This added holding force can help reduce the risk of winch damage and improve operational safety.
